From the very beginning, our experience with Jaco has been wonderful. We are travelling from the UK to get married in South Africa in October 2028, and finding the right person to conduct our ceremony was something we took incredibly seriously. We did a lot of research and contacted several different people because we wanted someone who could give us a ceremony that felt personal, meaningful and relaxed, while also guiding us through the legalities of getting married in South Africa. From Jaco’s very first response, there was something different. His communication was so warm, reassuring and personal, and we immediately felt that he understood what we were hoping to create. Nothing felt like a generic response or simply another booking. Since then, the whole process has been incredibly easy. Jaco has been responsive, helpful and genuinely lovely to communicate with, particularly when we’ve had questions about arranging everything from overseas. We already feel completely comfortable trusting him with such an important part of our wedding day. Our wedding is still two years away, so we will absolutely be back to update our review afterwards, but based on our experience so far, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Wed By Jaco & Team.
